Endre is a Hungarian software engineer and technology leader, based in the UK since 2010, with a genuine passion for property investment, currently building his portfolio with a focus on HMO and BRRR strategies. His analytical background and systematic approach to problem-solving translate naturally into evaluating deals, assessing risk, and managing complex projects - skills he now brings directly into property.

With a love of education and community, Endre has served as a STEM Ambassador, volunteered with Toastmasters International, and held the role of Editor in Chief at Mensa HungarIQa - one of the longest-running tenures in the organisation’s history. He has attended numerous training events and networked with some of the top professionals in the property world, and is committed to continuing that journey.

Endre saw Progressive Property Network Cambridge go quiet and wanted to bring it back to life. His goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where people at every stage - whether just starting out or already scaling - can connect, share, and grow together.

Outside of property and tech, Endre is a qualified drone pilot - what started as a hobby has become a practical skill he puts to use capturing aerial photography for properties. He also enjoys hiking, orienteering, and exploring the canals by narrowboat, though he admits those hobbies have taken a back seat to deal-finding lately.

Gavin joined the financial services industry in early 1998 qualifying as a financial advisor and mortgage broker. Gavin developed a keen interest in the property sector and has spent the last decade teaching clients how to develop property portfolios. Gavin is passionate about educating individuals on how to create and protect their wealth through investing in property. Gavin is responsible for recruiting industry professionals into the business helping them to successfully diversify their client offering. Gavin is an effective networker and is responsible for building relationships with other businesses.

An excellent listener and skilled communicator, Gavin has developed a unique coaching style which benefits the client experience. As a Master Practitioner in Neuroscience-Linguistic Programming, Master Practitioner in Hypnotherapy, an accredited Coach with the International Coaching Federation and Practitioner in Behavioural Change Gavin's clients and strategic partners can expect a uniquely rewarding experience in their communications with him..
