It is structured to maximise the opportunity of all attendees to meet as many people as possible and gain valuable contacts in the property community.

Stage 1 : Registration

Meet your host and the support team who make the event happen. Get your name badge and any information you will need in advance of the event.

Stage 2 : Soft Networking 1 

Grab a drink from the fully licensed café and meet your fellow attendees.

Stage 3 : Speed Networking

Think speed dating without heartbreak! You will get a set amount of time to speak to as many people in the room as possible and get connected with those you really want to

Stage 4: Short Talk

Our host or one of our team will cover a topic of the month to help you learn and grow your skills in the property space. Valuable information that can save you thousands in your property journey.

Stage 5 : Open Networking

Find the people you want to catch up with from your speed networking and start the conversation over a drink. Get to know your fellow attendees, meet your host, ask questions…it’s open for a reason.

Stage 6 : Deal Clinic and Main Talk

Each month we will alternate between a property deal clinic or a main talk. Deal Clinic allows you to present your deal to the attendees in the room and gain support from them by answering questions, meeting investors who could be your next business partner, or start a joint venture.

Main Talk will be a combination of guest speakers, sponsored speakers and host led discussions.

So much value can be gained from these talks you will wonder how you ever did without them.

Stage 7 : Final Networking

Your last chance to get in touch, swap numbers, have a drink and arrange meetings for the evening. Get in quick!

Stage 8 : Close

This is when we say goodbye and set the event information for the following month agenda.
