Maura Walsh

Maura Walsh is a property investor and director who began investing in 2008 after becoming an accidental landlord. Since 2018 she has built and managed her own multi-million-pound residential portfolio across London and the South East, with experience spanning lettings, compliance, block management and Right to Manage. Alongside her own portfolio, Maura works with landlords, and Freeholders and now is a serious advocate for leaseholders and RTM companies to address long-standing management issues and improve building governance.
