Mike Chadwick has been investing in property since 2009. He started life in Cheshire and subsequently has lived and worked in Washington, Madrid, Brussels and Cambridge as well as elsewhere in the UK. He has two sons and is a qualified Football Association coach. He currently splits his time between Cheshire and Yorkshire. His main focus at present is on buy to let, refurbishment and houses of multiple occupancy.

Our speaker this month is Jonny Landels. Jonny has been investing in property since the tender age of 20 years old when his family invested in some HMOs and buy to lets in his home town of Carlisle. He then moved into luxury holiday homes with a health and fitness twist to pair with his personal values of health, wellness, nature, mindfulness and active living.

He owns a health and fitness coaching company as his "day job" and now he and his wife Natalie are working with private investors to bring health and fitness holiday homes in Yorkshire to the market.
