Hello! Thank you for wanting to get to know a little bit more about me. I’m Traci Cornelius a Business Mentor, Mindset coach, speaker, podcaster of the ‘Women Rockin Business’ Podcast and Mum to five girls aged 22, 7, 6, 5 and 3. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in running, growing and scaling businesses.

My passion is helping others to obtain financial independence, time freedom and choice freedom.  Being able to choose what to do, when, whilst having the money to fund the experiences. 

With retirement age getting moved to later and later in life and more and more people having less time to enjoy life with those they love, have the experiences they really want to have, to give their time and financial support to the causes they wish to give back too I feel that now it’s even more important than ever to take control of our own lives and financial destiny and property is a great medium to do so.

The first property I got involved in was with my then partner and I helped him to gain over £100,000 in profit.  The property was fumigated twice and finished to a high standard. We lived in it for a while and then I sold the property on the very same afternoon we made the decision to put it on the market!

Circumstances halted my property journey for a while and then with the recent shock passing of my younger brother it really brought home at how short life can be and that we have a duty to ourselves to make it the very best it can be.

This led to getting the support, education and access to property expertise to help build our property portfolio.
