Vito Iannelli is a dedicated family man, married for 34 years and a proud father of four. With more than 25 years’ experience in the property industry, Vito built and led a successful estate agency business spanning sales, lettings, and franchising, which he sold in 2018 after expanding to three offices.

In 2020, Vito joined Progressive and went on to establish a serviced accommodation (SA) management business. He has since been actively involved in acquiring a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties—including a Phone Box—using creative investment strategies.

Vito also specialises in valuing and packaging businesses for sale, working with owners to maximise value and present their businesses to prospective buyers in the strongest possible light.

He works closely with joint venture partners and sources high-yield property deals for time-poor, cash-rich investors seeking robust, hands-free returns. Alongside his investment activity, Vito mentors aspiring deal packagers, helping them build profitable sourcing businesses and confidently navigate the property investment landscape.
