Vanessa brings 30 years of expertise as a marketer, entrepreneur, and worked as senior lecturer in Marketing at Sheffield business school for 15 years, and has been investing in property for 11 years. Starting in 2013, she acquired 18 houses in two years and managed 75 HMOs in 2017, then she shifted to serviced accommodation, growing her portfolio to 45 units worth over £6.5M in the last 6 years.
Since 2014, Vanessa has coached property investors, helping them succeed through her mentoring on Rent2rent Serviced Accommodation and the Serviced Accommodation Corporate Let Model. Her property company turned over more than 7 - figures from rental income and helped others to scale their property portfolio fast through the Serviced Accommodation Corporate Let Model.
