We have completed over 40 refurbishment projects from vanilla flips to significant back to brick refurbishments involving challenges of planning, conservation and builders - up to £2M GDV.

Operating across a diverse portfolio BUT in specific locations in the North east / Yorkshire has enabled our teams on the ground to closely manage ours and other clients properties.

One aspect which enables us to do this is working closely with a diverse group of private investors coupled with our own invested funds means we mutually benefit from the returns provided from our successful developments.
