Sam Watterson is a property investor and business owner based in Leeds, specialising in HMO conversions. With over 17 years’ experience as a landlord and letting agent he now oversees the delivery of a full end to end HMO conversion service through his group of companies that includes his own property investment and lettings agency and separate build company.

Since 2019 they have completed 20 HMO Conversions, creating over £1.2M in equity from a standing start. He is now actively building his own portfolio working with private investors as well as speaking about and training others on some of the methods he uses.
