Rick has been in property since 2017 and has bought and sourced over 70 properties for
himself and his investors. He owns a letting agency with 130+ units under management,
owns a portfolio in excess of £3m with another £3m in development. He’s worked on Buy To Lets, HMOs, flats, new builds and commercial to residential schemes.
