Rachael has been working in property for over twenty years, starting with a single let which grew into a portfolio then and moved into Student HMO's. 

She ran her own Renovations company which then led her into new builds both for Rent and to Sell, and lately some of her properties have been leased for Assisted Living tenants. Her first two portfolios were built whilst moving nineteen times in twenty three years as an Army wife, and survived and thrived through the Credit Crunch. 

Having now moved to her forever home at the family farm in Suffolk, she now has a major fifteen year project of renovating and converting fourteen redundant farm buildings, the first of which has been turned into a wedding venue. Rachael has been mentoring in property for over ten years and is also a Small Business Mentor for the Government Help to Grow scheme.
