Nick began his property investment journey a decade ago and founded Eight Property Group in 2023.

In 2024, Eight Property Group became NAPSA (National Association of Professional Sourcing Agents) accredited, distinguishing the business as one of only 40 NAPSA accredited sourcing agents in the entire UK – a significant achievement considering the extremely high bar set by NAPSA and the existence of approximately 20,000 “sourcers” in the UK, 99% of whom are said to operate illegally.
