Natasha Friend is a former mortgage advisor who made the bold leap into full-time property investing— and never looked back. What began as an “accidental” landlord experience in 2014 soon evolved into a thriving property investment career, with Natasha actively building her portfolio for over six years.

Based in the Peterborough area, Natasha specialises in BRR (Buy, Refurbish, Refinance), BTL (Buy to Let), and flip deals. She has successfully completed over 40 projects and raised more than £3 million in private investor finance — a testament to both her strategic mindset and her ability to build trust and results.

One of her proudest achievements? Using the BRR model to create her family’s dream home, now valued at £1.4 million.

Today, Natasha is also a mentor and very passionate about empowering aspiring and experienced investors alike, teaching them how to raise private finance and scale their property businesses with confidence and credibility.
