Moneesha is the Founder and Director of KVM Serviced Accommodation Ltd. Prior to becoming a Property Investor, Moneesha worked for Global University System (GUS) after completing her MBA in 2006. 

She worked her way from the Office Manager to the Managing Director role for various acquisitions. She has also acted as the Director for various new acquisitions for GUS. Moneesha has been instrumental in integrating various new acquisition to GUS group.

Moneesha acquired her first property in 2007, which was a buy to let and was sold in Feb 2018.

She acquired her first 4 Serviced Accommodation properties in 6 months after analysing the market and identifying a niche within the market which she specialises in.

She incorporated KVM Serviced Accommodation Ltd in Nov 2016 and an award winning Serviced Accommodation company

Moneesha has been acting as a Serviced Accommodation Property Mentor for Touchstone Education since Oct 2017..
