Since then was an employee in the warehouse, and started a business selling warehouse returns on the side of his job. Found that investing works and started to educate himself in property back in 2018.

He then built a Rent to Rent business which allowed him to quit employment in 2020 and become a full time property investor. After that business grew rapidly and now brings £500.000 turnover whilst it just takes him approximately 5 hours a week to manage that business. Rent to Rent allowed him to make great connections and now is building up a portfolio of assets using other people’s money.
