We invest in and develop both residential and commercial properties across north Lancashire, within a 25 mile radius of Lancaster.

We focus on identifying undervalued assets, and adding value through thoughtful and considered refurbs and development.

We then refinance to hold as either long term rentals or Serviced Accommodation.
