Jerome's career in the property world began with Central London Residential Estate Agency in the 1990s, ultimately founding his own agency which he successfully exited in 2006.

Over the past decade, he has strategically acquired sites without planning consent, in high-value locations across England. His track record includes securing planning consents for brownfield and greenfield sites. Jerome has delivered over 150 residential units through Permitted Development and new build residential schemes across England.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Jerome enjoys cooking high-flavour meals for his family. He maintains a healthy lifestyle through 10k runs, regular gym sessions, and daily meditation. Further underscoring the importance of holistic well-being in his life.
