James Tutty started in property in 2001, he built up a small portfolio whilst working at Ford Motor Company for 22 years

James embarked full time in property in 2016. James invests around the country using strategies appropriate for the properties, rather than trying to force all properties into one strategy.

James completed a self-build project building his own home in 2017 and has been involved with some commercial developments in Hinckley & Stoke including a conversion into two flats and an eight bed Co living space.

James works with new and experienced property investors, assisting them to raise finances and get deals across the line for projects they are doing.
