HMO officer for Suffolk County Council

I am an Environmental Health Officer working for the Local Authority for six years with experience in Private Sector Housing and Environmental Protection. I would like to talk about the relevant legislation and guidance that we use when inspecting and licensing properties, providing guidance of where to find the different legislation, and giving the attendees an understanding of the legislation. 

I will talk about common issues found when inspecting HMO properties and how I assess the hazards and rate the hazards.
