Being a landlord myself over the years, I saw that the service levels I expected along with a reasonable monthly cost, just didn’t exist.
My main focus & passion to make us stand out from our competition is service, value for money, an open book policy and an understanding that each client has different needs / requirements for their property portfolio.
That’s why when we take on a new client, we like to have a sit-down meeting with you, to really understand your needs, and we will always do our utmost to adapt our pricing to match.
Our open book policy means, you know exactly what you are paying for, no hidden / extra costs added to jobs, no contract ties (we want you to be 100% satisfied with our service) we are here to work with like-minded landlords who want to build and grow with us alongside them.
I base my model as an online agent, but we are also office based, with offices open in Martlesham Heath, Ipswich & Stowmarket.
The on-line model allows us to be cost effective with our pricing and of course most importantly value for money, which in turn is passed onto our clients.
