Giuseppe Leone is an award-winning property investor, portfolio HMO landlord and Rent-to-Rent mentor based in Bristol. He worked for the Shell oil company for 19 years in finance before deciding to explore his passion for property and fulfil his desire to spend more quality time with his wife Gilly and their young sons.

Within three years of building a large Rent-to-Rent portfolio, Giuseppe had successfully replaced the corporate salaries of both him and his wife. His business also helped him invest in his own portfolio of HMOs and he achieved financial independence just five years later. In 2015 Giuseppe was proud to win the prestigious Property Investor Award, and nowadays he loves sharing his Rent-to-Rent knowledge with others through his fast-track mentoring programmes.
