Experience – Been in property since 2020 (Full time since Jan 2023). 

Other Experience – Graduated from University in 2020, gained 18 months Sales experience in the IT industry.

Projects – BTL, Commercial Conversion, Planning Gain, Flips & HMOs.

Future Plans - Building a portfolio of HMOs and single lets in my local area, before maybe looking at some larger projects.

How I work – I like to JV with people, share the workload and use the different skills, knowledge and experience each person brings to the table effectively.

Current projects – 3 bed - 5 bed HMO and a 3 bed - 6 bed all en-suite HMO.
