With over 14 years in property, Chris started out in agency, working on valuations and acquisition strategies for developers and investors. After diving into PropTech and building a 2,500-strong community around a land sourcing tool, he saw a bigger opportunity.

Together with his brother David, he launched UK Homes Network: The UK’s first dedicated networking platform for the property industry. Frustrated by outdated systems and inspired by the talent in the sector, they set out to create something better than traditional social media, something built for property people, by property people.
