Chloe is a dedicated Property Investor who has gradually built a successful property portfolio since transitioning to full-time investment in 2021. With a background in management and leadership, combined with years of experience in the health and social care sector, Chloe has brought a thoughtful and strategic approach to property investment. Specialising in BRR and HMO conversion projects, she has grown a multi-million asset base, generating a steady income of £200k+ per year.

Chloe has raised over £500k in private finance, demonstrating her ability to structure and secure funding for investment opportunities. Additionally, she has built and staffed an online Letting Agency to manage her own portfolio and for other landlords.

Her efforts have been recognised through awards like the Progressive Property Academy Member of the Year 2022 Winner, 2017 Partnership Working Award and shortlisted at the Female Business Festival 2024 for Professional Services and Finalist for Business Growth categories from 700 nominations, as well as being featured in the NRLA newsletter and On The House Magazine.

In her free time, Chloe enjoys sports, reading, being in nature, and live music. She is passionate about helping others be their very best selves by offering practical advice and support with mindset, wellbeing, and of course, all things property, business and raising finance.
