My first taste of construction and property was working on a building site at fourteen years of age for a religious organisation.

Employed as the county court bailiff in Derby, Nottingham and Leicester for seven years,
This gave me legal knowledge for property letting.

I spent several years as a buildings and project manager looking after forty flats in Derby.
This is when I started my portfolio with BTL, which turned quickly into BRRR. And therefore, I flipped the properties as well.

I returned to the construction industry as a transport manager for a five billion pound
turnover aggregate company. Since then, I have progressed to a senior operations
manager and remained in that position for the last twenty years.

In 2018 I became the Operations Manager for a TV broadcasting company, I managed the base of operations and a fleet of 82 vehicles of which ten of those vehicles were worth over 7 million pounds each.

Over two years ago, after many of my friends asked for property advice, they told me to get back into the property game, and I decided to get on with it, and left employment in July 2024.

This has now progressed into a property consultancy and packaging company, particularly the procurement of HMOs.
