Having started out getting educated in property investing over 20 years ago it soon became apparent that property investors need specific finance and a good specialist broker, so much time can be saved if the person arranging your finance understands the strategy you are using, sometimes spotting better ways to put a deal together, or helping you realise it's not a great deal !
