Ryan Stevens BSc (Hons) RICS DipArb MRICS FCIArb-RICS is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with over 10 years’ experience in valuations. 

He is also  an active property investor and values for most UK Lenders. 

He graduated in Property Management in his hometown university of Sheffield Hallam before moving on to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor with RICS in 2010. 

Ryan went on to join the RICS Registered Valuer scheme since it was introduced in 2012. 

He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and sits on the RICS Presidents Panel for Rent Review and Lease Renewal Arbitrators.
