Peter is business development manager at UK Rooms for Rent based in Manchester and is our local lettings guru. 

He has expanded the business and it now operates throughout the UK. 

Peter will highlight opportunities from changing trends as part of the levelling up agenda and we will also have some case studies on specific areas.
