As a general builder Pete got into property through delivering projects for clients.   After the first HMO he converted won the owner an award his workload shifted from the domestic market to back to back HMO's.  

Over the next year he went from 'builder' to 'investor' as he got involved in the property communities and started building his own portfolio.   Pete's 'strategy' is simple - adding value through refurb or conversion.   

Working with builders & trades is a subject that Pete often talks about.   This has led to him working towards launching his own podcast, ‘The Investor Builder’ soon to be released.
