Hi there, my name is Paul Bennett. I have been in property for 25 years and a homeowner for 38 years!

As a child I was always fascinated with building houses with Lego and before that Betta Builder toys, this aspect of my character has lingered and been core to my life on into adulthood.

During the last 25 years I have been involved in many aspects of property, HMO, Holiday homes in the UK, Holiday homes in Spain, BTL and more recently Commercial Conversions, large scale SA and renovating a block of flats in a listed building complex in a Conservation area.

Although I started out as an Electrical engineer, for the majority of this time I have held a number of senior roles in Technology companies, working for some prestigious organisations both on a UK basis as well as Globally, managing both Technology and Finance/risk aspects to £30M.

As a property professional my interest lies in getting a good job done to time and financial constraints whilst maintaining a level of quality that I can be proud of and puts a smile on my face, as well as on my investors’ faces.

My current projects are quite varied. They include refurbishing 7 flats in a grade 2 listed building and some changing of the layout and structure of a couple of existing commercial properties in town based existing Commercial properties. Both of these require different strengths, but both rely on tight cost control and good forward planning. Having a property of mine on BBC’s Homes under the Hammer recently was an interesting adventure, which resulted in more interest in our projects.

My goal now is to use my experience and that of other specialists to help others to achieve financial security through property investment and development. To achieve this, I have teamed up with Paul Duval to run PPN in Bristol, a thriving part of the country with much opportunity.
