Nanik Jassi an property investor who started as an accidental Landlord by buying his first house when he was only 19. 

In 2012,  he did property training  and started his journey  with sourcing and then buying and refurbishing BTLs and HMOs. 

For the last 8 years he owned a Letting Agency which helped to build Rent 2 Rent Portfolio. 

He has also provided Emergency Housing for Coventry City Council for the last 4 years. Now, after years in the property investing industry he established another Stream  of income.
