A local lad who grew up in Preston, with a real cheeky northern sense of humour and a larger than life personality, Martin really believes networking should be as enjoyable as it is productive. Martin has been involved in property as a private landlord since 2004 when he bought his first single let in Preston. 

He is incredibly passionate about property, hospitality, business, and investing in general. His portfolio is based across Preston and the Fylde, including Kirkham, Warton and Freckleton. 

It consists of single let’s, luxury HMO’s, Serviced Accommodation and Rent to Own. He also owns 3 Pubs and restaurants across the Preston and Fylde area as well. Keen on personal development Martin is, and has been, mentored by some of the best property investors in the business including best selling author Kevin McDonnell. 

Martin has a real passion for helping people and solving problems, he specialises in creative strategies including; Lease Options, EDC’s and Tenant buyers. 

Away from property Martin enjoys football, travelling, reading personal development books, and spending time with his fiancée and two children.
