Until the age of 35, Luke worked as an engineering consultant, predominantly within the Oil & Gas industry. 

However, the sacrifice of time that working around the UK and offshore required, led him to seek an alternative path. 

Luke started investing in property in 2011 alongside the day job and has since grown a property portfolio in his hometown of Hull & also East Yorkshire. 

With a strong focus on raising the quality of rented accommodation in the local area. Developing his own methods of finding fantastic direct to vendor deals along the way. 

Buy, Refurbish & Refinance has been the main strategy utilised to accelerate growth of his own portfolio. Whilst a selection of flip projects, title splits & planning gain projects too have also being completed.
