Kris’s talk is titled “Pain and Suffering: The rollercoaster ride of being a property developer during Covid 19” 

Kris has been involved in the property industry since 2006 when he bought the worst house on the worst street in Leeds and somehow made some money! 

Since then he has built an income producing portfolio, bought over 200 properties for himself and sourcing clients, set up and sold a letting agency, raised over £1m in private finance and developed a site with £9m GDV. 

In short, if it’s property related Kris has tried it and if it’s worked he’s made it a business.
