Josh Guest, 25 Years old is a Short-Term Rentals specialist. He has scaled his business Guest Homes to a multimillion-pound SA company that manages over 100+ properties around the UK.

He has a mix of management properties, Rent2SA’s, Buy2SA’s and 1 HMO with a lease option agreement.

Before property he worked in a sales background selling coffee machines, which then led on to him buying an already running rent2sa business consisting of 3 units.

Josh’s aim now is to share his story to inspire others wanting to get started in business focusing on up-and-coming entrepreneurs. Additionally, he is looking to scale Guest Homes to 1000 properties within the next 6 years.
