Worked in audit and wealth management for 4 years. 

Found interest in property whilst studying civil engineering at university. 

Started off working with estate agents to their rooms using systems and processes. Following that worked in serviced accommodation mainly focused on ending units and operating units. 

Currently working on the pre-planning phase for a new build , whilst renovating a 10 bed HMO lease option which will be the basis of my presentation.
