Craig spent 10 years in the Royal Navy followed by a further 10 years working for government agencies in both the UK and USA.

Initially an ‘accidental landlord’ Craig purchased his first property in 2003 and still owns and rents that property out. Craig joined the Progressive Property Academy programme in March of 2017 with only one owned property, but has since amassed a portfolio of over 40 BTL units and completed a number of ‘flips’ and multi-unit new build developments along the way.

Never one to shy away from the fact that he has made costly mistakes, Craig shares his past experiences with mentees and prides himself on his direct approach and ‘warts and all’ detail.

This attitude has resulted in him now working on multiple developments simultaneously and at the time of writing, more than 50 new homes being under various stages of development.

His talk will be all about the challenges and trials of going through new build developments and the unforeseen facets that are not talked about enough to help you avoid costly mistakes.
