Chris Doran is the 7th son of Irish immigrants, whose father started his own construction company when he came to the UK in the 1950’s. All siblings are in construction and have been for over 40 years, each with different trades.

From a young age, Chris worked within the family business, learning the skills to become director and soon had his own property portfolio of buy-to lets and commercial property, specialising in BRRR and Flips.

Chris has passed on his knowledge and passion to his son Conor, both partners in a construction company and share a portfolio together. They have throughout their journey helped other investors, gained several JV partners and SPV’s.

Chris loves spending time with his Children and Grandchildren, travelling and gaining more knowledge to share with those he cares about.
