Dan Ben Goldsmith is an experienced property investor, having been a landlord in the Bristol area for 20 years and engaged full time in property for 8 years. With his wife, he set up Goldsmith Property and initially focused on building a portfolio of HMO properties in Bristol, Leeds and Hull. More recently the focus has been on Bristol and Weston Super Mare. Ben has considerable experience in a number of different property strategies, including no money down deals, HMOs, serviced accommodation, rent to rent, title splitting and commercial to residential development. 

Over the years Goldsmith Property has expanded its letting portfolio and now manages property for other landlords in Bristol and Weston Super Mare. With increasing amounts of legislation governing the property rental sector, Goldsmith Property puts legal compliance at the heart of its property management service. As landlords themselves they also understand the frustrations that many landlords find with letting agents and provide a landlord focused service.
