About me – most of my working life I have worked in the hotel and hospitality industry. I chose to  leave the industry 12 years ago after surviving a critical illness. I decided to have a change of career and take some comprehensive training to learn how to invest in property safely and without losing my shirt. As a result of this, the third property in my portfolio was a 15 bed former guest house that I developed into a 10 bed HMO with a lease option which gave me my appetite to specialise in this area of property investment.

Because of my success, 3 years into my property journey I was invited to become a mentor, advanced trainer and speaker for the UKs largest property investment training company teaching for the BBCs ‘Homes Under the Hammers’ Martin Roberts, Ex England and Liverpool footballer Robbie Fowlers Property Academy and for the worldwide financial intelligence expert’s Robert Kiyosaki’s RichDad PoorDad brand here in the UK.

I have trained over 10,000 people and I specialise in training both an overview of property investment (including Buy to Lets, HMOs, Distressed properties, Commercial Property, Social Housing, Buying at Auction and Serviced Accommodation) and of course Lease Options which is a subject I specialise in teaching. I have a buy to let/multi-let and HMO portfolio in my home county of South Yorkshire, the North East & the North West. I also have a number of HMOs and Bed & Breakfast & SA accommodation in Wales.

I have several ancillary property related businesses including my own training company teaching Motivation, Negotiation, Rapport Building, Confidence & Mindset and Sourcing properties. 

I like helping people achieve financial success and supporting individual personal development.

Over my time in property I have become fascinated with the psychological aspect of how people react to each other during property sales, purchases and negotiations which has led me to study psychology and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

I am now a fully qualified Master NLP practitioner having been taught by Dr Richard Bandler himself, the co-founder of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. This has led me to writing my Amazon number 1 best selling book The Psychology of Property Negotiation.

When I’m not doing anything property related I love spending down time with my wife & family. 

I’m a massive Formula 1 fan, this allows me to combine my other passion in life which is travelling.
