Anthony Bailey-Grice is the Managing Director of LNPG, the Landlords National Purchasing Group.

Having fallen through university with a degree in English and Creative Writing, Anthony found himself sitting in the contracts division of one of the UK’s biggest manufacturers – suddenly responsible for generating millions of pounds worth of business in one of the most secretive, political, and misunderstood divisions in business today.

As the years passed, Anthony decided life would be much easier as a customer and joined forces with a burgeoning buying group of property investors, known as LNPG. Today LNPG stands as the largest buying group for private landlords in the UK, having spent more than £20 million as a group last year alone.
