Radu Golici - Heating Sales Advisor, Estate Agent, and Property Investor 

Born in Romania, came to the UK in 2013, with over 12 years of experience in sales, after working in different jobs, for the last 9 years he has been working in Central Heating (Sales) for British Gas, smashing targets since day 1. 

After having to deal with loads of unprofessional Estate Agents, Radu recently joined Newman Property Experts as a Partner Estate Agent ready to change the face of the British Estate Agency in 2021. For every house he listed, he sold it well above the asking price in the shortest time with unique marketing strategies. 

With a maximum focus on the client and his needs. 

Radu also started investing in 2021, and bought a property in Cleethorpes using BRRR as an exit strategy, he found the R2SA strategy as being very lucrative and looking to expand in Northamptonshire and surrounding areas. 

When he is not talking about properties, Radu likes to ride and talk about motorbikes and he is looking to go full-time in the property as an investor, resign from his current job, spend more time with his family and explore more of the world on his motorbike.
