Kevin built and managed a portfolio of properties whilst in the Army, the first in 1991 at the age of 20.

• The early properties included Buy to Lets and a full refurbishment and conversion to an HMO. All done whilst climbing to the Rank of Regimental Sergeant Major in a Commando Regiment!
  
• Kevin chose to leave the Army in 2011 to embark on a full time career in property investing. Kevin has since added a large number of properties to his portfolio of HMOs and Buy to Lets.
  
• Kevin employs multiple strategies to grow his multi million pound portfolio such as Rent to Rent, Lease Option and straight purchase using private finance, but has also flipped many properties to generate capital.
  
• Kevin is now growing his Serviced Accommodation portfolio using Rent to Rent and straight purchase
