Few people have a Will and from my experience, those that do, don’t have any advice given to them, their solicitor just takes instructions.

Also, many people don’t use Trusts to protect their estates and the consequences are that their hard won assets are open to attack from Inheritance Tax, marriage after death, long term care fees and generational Inheritance Tax.

My aim is to make people aware of these dangers and enlighten them about what they can do to protect themselves.
