PPN Worcester is hosted by Sam Bastow, a developer investor based in Worcestershire.

Sam has a career in sales and property; selling bricks from 2010 and then developing property from 2018. He concentrates on new build development, commercial conversion and BRRR strategies for a mix of cash, cash flow and capital growth. Although concentrating on the strategies previously mentioned he is also knowledgeable on other popular strategies.

For his sins, he got his passion for property through watching ‘Homes Under The Hammer’ as a child - even setting his alarm during the school holidays to ensure he didn’t miss an episode. I think we can forgive him for that… everyone has a guilty pleasure!!!

Sam is really passionate about property and always keen to help anyone in the property industry with any questions, queries and quandaries they may have.
