PPN Worcester is hosted by Sam Bastow, a developer investor based in Worcestershire.

Sam has a career in sales and property; selling bricks from 2010 and then developing property from 2018. He concentrates on new build development, commercial conversion and BRRR strategies for a mix of cash, cash flow and capital growth. Although concentrating on the strategies previously mentioned he is also knowledgeable on other popular strategies.

For his sins, he got his passion for property through watching ‘Homes Under The Hammer’ as a child - even setting his alarm during the school holidays to ensure he didn’t miss an episode. I think we can forgive him for that… everyone has a guilty pleasure!!!

Sam is really passionate about property and always keen to help anyone in the property industry with any questions, queries and quandaries they may have.

Shane Traynor has a variety of experience in various aspects of the property development industry. He is currently working with Co-Arch, an architectural practice that focuses on collaboration, communication, and community. Shane has been involved in multiple aspects of the property development sector, including a barn conversion project with a GDV of £1.58 million.

He has also worked with New Home Company, a luxury home developer based in the South of Birmingham to find investment and build a pipeline of deals, gaining valuable exposure to the business.

Additionally, Shane is the co-host of The Developers Network Birmingham, where the key focus is to bring property development professionals together, to learn, share and make solid business connections.

Sue Sims bought her first buy-to-let property at 21 - a shop with a flat over it. She didn’t do much with it for the next 16 years. But then she started investing in more properties, getting more education, meeting more people and going in on some joint ventures.

30 years on and she now has more than 45 properties in and around Birmingham.

Sue, not only runs her portfolio, but she also mentors new investors, has her own lettings agency / HMO management agency Genie Homes (which runs out of her original shop) and is one of the co-founders Partners in Property network community in Birmingham, London and Bristol.
