A personable and engaging host, Motiul’s vision is to reach out to as many people as he can to help them on their property journey and to help them to achieve their goals.

I am co-founder of the ARK Group family of companies. We have 2by2 Developments our construction company, South North Investments our investor facing company, South North Property Management that looks after all our properties and tenants, Cubic Architecture and Design all things Architecture, structural engineering and planning. KBB build and design that manufacturers tted furniture. Primarily we buy and develop a mixture of stressed assets in the North West. We have a range of around 20 projects in all different stages.
