John Mulholland is a seasoned property investor with 20+ years' experience across buy-to-lets, co-living, HMOs, serviced accommodation, small developments and commercial projects throughout the East Midlands. His resilient portfolio spans Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Lincolnshire.

A former teacher turned business owner, he founded The Financial Certainty Family to help people build stability and freedom through smart financial education and property investment.
