Ollie Williams

Ollie Williams is an experienced entrepreneur, having built multiple businesses from the ground up, to a 7 figure turnover within the talent industry. Alongside his passion for business, he has always maintained a keen interest in property, starting with BTL investments as an additional income stream. Now, Ollie is focusing on his latest venture, Promoveo, which he co-founded with his business partner Jonathan Lindon, moving full time into the property industry.

Ollie has been investing in the North East, now the focus has shifted towards growing a property business in the Kent and Cambridge areas. His strategy includes Rent-to-Serviced Accommodation, Flips, BTLs, and smaller land developments.

After attending a Multiple Streams of Property Income (MSOPI) event hosted by Progress in London in May 2024, Ollie was eager to deepen his knowledge of property investment, diving into education on every aspect of the industry.

When he’s not working, Ollie enjoys motorsport and can often be found ‘networking’ at track days. He’s also a dedicated gym-goer and cycling enthusiast.

Jonathan Lindon

Jonathan Lindon brings a wealth of experience from the recruitment industry, where he built a business of over 60 employees with an impressive £50 million turnover. Alongside his recruitment career, Jonathan has been actively investing in Buy-to-Let properties in the Glasgow area for over 20 years. He has also designed and developed a 5,000 sqft commercial workspace in Central London.

Jonathan is now focusing on building a new property business, targeting the Cambridge and Kent areas. His strategies include Rent-to-Serviced Accommodation, property flips, Buy-to-Let investments, and smaller land and commercial developments.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Jonathan has a strong passion for the outdoors. He completed the West Highland Way last year and enjoys countryside activities, particularly working with his spaniel. He’s also a keen gardener and allotment enthusiast.

Known for his strategic insights and client-focused approach, he empowers others to navigate market complexities and achieve sustainable growth through tailored finance solutions.

Robin Kundu

Robin bought his first property in 1991 while still at university, kickstarting a lifelong journey in property.

The seed was planted a few years earlier when his father bought his sister a London flat that later dropped by a third in value. Rather than panic, Robin saw the opportunity—keep it, rent it, ride it out. That mindset stuck.

At university, he began attending property auctions and quickly realised that a terraced house in Kent cost the same as a new car. Lending was tight and rates were high, but Robin saw beyond the short-term conditions and knew he wanted to be part of the market’s recovery.

Since then, he’s built a portfolio of over 150 properties and launched several related businesses—including an estate agency, building firm, plumbing and heating company, and an accountancy practice—all supporting his core focus as a landlord.

Robin still repaints that first property himself and continues to grow the portfolio, albeit with a more selective approach.
