At April's PPN Knightsbridge event we are excited to welcome not 1, but two couples who are not only property investors & developers, but professional architects. Andrew & Mary from EliteDwellings and Mikael & Emma from PedersenSmith. 

Both EliteDwellings & PedersenSmith are partners in life & property. They are also all qualified architects with over 40 years combined experience working on award-winning projects in the UK and abroad. We have asked these two brilliant businesses to join forces for April's event to showcase some of their favourite projects, giving our guests an insight into how they approach their projects as professional architects, turned property investors & developers. Both businesses will be sharing how they maximise the profitability of the project, whilst creating desirable and sustainable homes.

Unsurprisingly, their approach to property investment is always design-led, transforming rundown unwanted UK properties into high quality sought after homes that are not only high yielding investments but exceptional homes for their tenants. For both businesses, not only is excellent architectural and interior design a priority but so is energy consumption. They strive to design and build green & sustainable homes.
