Adam Slee is an active property investor and the Host of Property.School, a brand new, fast-growing online platform designed to help everyday people learn property, fund deals, and grow wealth, all for less than the price of a coffee a week.

Based in the East Midlands, Adam has built a 7-figure portfolio using creative strategies like Lease Options, BRR, Rent-to-Rent, and JV Finance, often funding deals without using a penny of his own money. He mastered the art of raising private investment through social media and networking and now teaches others how to do the same.

Adam’s journey into property began in 2006, but without the right training, early mistakes using high-LTV mortgages came back to haunt him during the 2008 banking crisis and property crash. After exiting the market in 2014, he spent nearly a decade in senior leadership roles as an Operations Manager. Then, following the sudden loss of his mother in 2018, he began re-evaluating everything. He realised he wasn’t building the life he truly wanted.

In 2023, Adam came full circle realising that property was the right vehicle for him, but this time with education, mentorship, and community. He joined Progressive Property, rebuilt his strategy from the ground up, and quickly began raising finance and securing deals again.

Today, Adam leads Property.School in partnership with Progressive Property and Rob Moore, giving investors across the UK access to 100+ hours of creative finance training, live masterclasses, and real-world resources to shortcut the learning curve and avoid costly mistakes.
